Agents Only

This section is for iRealty agents only, and each page requires a password to login.  We train our agents with the latest and the best technologies, and yet we do not ignore powerful sales strategies that have always been used by top producers.  We help our agents bridge the gap from the old to the new.  This means our agents will learn which sales techniques and tools of yesteryear are still valid and useful, and which tools they must adopt to be successful in the new world of Internet marketing.

Some of our strategies and tools are so powerful, we don’t share them openly with our competition.  That’s why some of the resources and back office tools we use are found in these password protected pages in this section.

Agents who are serious about building a large successful and profitable business from their home offices really will love what we teach and share, and the more they learn, the better it gets.  But for us at iRealty Virtual Brokers, it’s not just about making a lot of money.  Life is about more than money.  Life is about relationships, and work should be enjoyable, not highly stressful, and a life plan (and business plan) ought to be a source of excitement.  “Without vision a man will perish.”

Join us and develop a big vision for your future, and create reasons to jump out of bed every morning.  The password protected pages in this section go beyond the surface and help our agents begin to mine for deeper and more powerful ways to build their businesses.

  • From Sequim to Fishing in Alaska June 17, 2017
This young man is from Sequim but now he is fishing in Alaska, as he does every summer. This is my son, Brady Marunde. A lot of people who move to Sequim love fishing for Salmon, trout, and bass. My son loves fishing too, but since my family is from Alaska, it was natural that Brady would gravitate […]

  • ~ Testimony by Andy Romano

"Andy Romano is a successful motion picture character actor with over 40 years in 'the Biz.' Mr. Romano has a home in beautiful Santa Barbara, California, but he chooses to live most of the time in Sequim, Washington on the Olympic Peninsula in the great Pacific Northwest. Why? In his own words, 'Because it's even more beautiful and surrounded by more beauty in this incredibly peaceful and quiet place. With respect to real estate agents or brokers, well my friend Chuck Marunde, owner of Sequim and Port Angeles Real Estate, is hands down the best there"
